The New Universe, or Reboot Timeline, is a parallel universe which takes elements from both the HL Universe and RW Universe and creates this new timeline. Despite this, the other two universes do exist but are in a very unstable condition.
This universe is very similar to the HL Universe, although certain residents and events have been shifted around and modified.
Mr. C is the creator and ruler of this universe, along with several others.
